BIM Coordinator Infrastructure (LOD 400/500)

Coordinate BIM workflows in compliance with BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 standards

Manage and develop infrastructure models in Civil 3D and Revit at LOD 400 & 500 for construction and handover

Integrate 4D scheduling data and 5D cost data into BIM environment using tools like Synchro and CostX

Conduct clash detection and manage coordination meetings with Navisworks

Ensure extraction of shop drawings from coordinated Civil 3D models and generation of accurate as-built drawings

Develop project-specific BIM documentation including BEP, EIR, MIDP, TIDP, Asset registers, COBie structures

Support digital delivery initiatives and ensure data integrity in Common Data Environment platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ProjectWise)

Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders in BIM processes

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal design teams for BIM compliance

Create and review LOD/LOI matrices for infrastructure deliverables
