BIM Coordinator Landscape

What You ll Do

• Act as BIM focal point for landscape design teams, ensuring model coordination across disciplines
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit and Civil 3D landscape models (LOD PHONE_NUMBER)
• Run clash detection workflows using Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Collaborate Pro
• Enforce BIM execution plans and ISO 19650 compliance throughout projects
• Manage model sharing and data integrity within CDEs such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProjectWise
• Support designers with BIM troubleshooting, workflows, and best practices
• Audit models for file structure, naming conventions, and quality compliance
• Deliver BIM training sessions for project teams to enhance capability
• Build and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and content specific to landscape works
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align deliverables with client requirements
