We are seeking a
Mid-Level BIM Engineer
to join our team and support project delivery through high-quality BIM modelling, coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in Revit-based modelling and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Execute detailed BIM modelling tasks and support project coordination activities

Develop discipline-specific Revit families and parametric components aligned with performance and graphical standards

Update models based on design revisions, NCRs, and site RFIs while maintaining robust revision histories

Extract quantities, material take-offs, and 4D/5D data for planners and cost consultants
-
Participate in weekly clash detection workshops and propose geometry fixes or rerouting solutions

Automate repetitive tasks using Dynamo scripts and document workflows for team knowledge sharing

Provide first-tier BIM software support to designers and drafters

Contribute to lessons-learned and template-improvement sessions with the BIM Manager

of BIM engineering experience

Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices
