BIM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer with exposure to Structural or Mechanical coordination. The candidate will manage and coordinate BIM models, ensure clash-free and constructible designs, and support multidisciplinary project teams. This role requires strong BIM expertise, technical knowledge, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• The BIM Engineers shall be responsible for:
• Developing discipline-specific BIM models in accordance with the BEP, EIR, and approved modeling standards.
• Producing models to the required Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) at each project stage.
• Preparing coordinated drawings, schedules, and BIM outputs for submission and construction use.
• Supporting BIM coordination activities by addressing clashes and coordination comments.
• Participating in coordination meetings and implementing agreed resolutions in the models.
• Ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with QA/QC requirements.
• Supporting 4D sequencing and 5D quantity extraction by maintaining model integrity.
• Providing required data for COBie and Asset Information Models (AIM).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture) from recognized institute.
• 10 years of professional experience, including experience in BIM coordination.
• Exposure to Structural or Mechanical BIM coordination is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, and BIM standards.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC construction projects preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
