Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specific to aluminum and façade projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in façade systems, BIM software proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade projects in compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed façade system models using BIM software.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of BIM models with project specifications and industry standards.
• Extract and compile BOQs, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Support project teams by providing clash detection, constructability analysis, and design validation.
• Maintain BIM libraries for façade systems, materials, and components.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to the design and drafting team in BIM processes.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with ISO/BIM standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years’ experience in BIM engineering within the Aluminum & Façade industry in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and aluminum glazing.
• Knowledge of UAE construction codes, façade standards, and project specifications.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings and resolve design conflicts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
