Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in aluminum and façade systems to join our innovative engineering team. You will play a critical role in creating precise 3D BIM models and 2D construction documentation for complex architectural façade projects. Your expertise in Revit modeling and façade detailing will support seamless coordination, accurate fabrication, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain Revit models for aluminum and façade systems in line with project goals and BIM protocols.
• Coordinate façade components with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Generate shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and coordination issues.
• Participate in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination reviews using tools such as Navisworks.
• Follow and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company CAD/BIM standards.
• Perform regular quality control checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and maintain BIM content, families, and libraries specific to aluminum façades and curtain wall systems.
• Support project teams through all phases, providing accurate and up-to-date model data.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Revit Modeler.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with aluminum and façade systems.

Software Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of façade engineering, curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing types, and aluminum fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
