BIM Engineer (Fit-out Experience)

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for BIM Engineer with 5+ year experience in Fit Out Projects

Location: Diriyah, Riyadh
Contract length: 6 months (extendable)
Local candidates in KSA preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on fit Out projects.
Experience working on commercial, residential, or large-scale projects preferred.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for fitout projects, ensuring they meet LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards
• Integrate and detail fitout elements such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment within the BIM models.
• Ensure that shop drawings are properly detailed and aligned with construction requirements
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project deliverables using BIM models.
• Provide BIM data analysis and visualization support to project teams, including generating 3D views and animations as needed.
