BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong MEP expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of professional experience in MEP BIM coordination and management, handling projects from LOD 300 to LOD 500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interdisciplinary BIM teams to ensure clash-free models and effective coordination with main contractors and designers.
• Implement ISO 19650 workflows, manage Common Data Environments (CDE), and execute MIDP & BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Oversee the delivery of LOD 500 as-built models, AIM and COBIE data structuring, and integrate verified site and supplier information.
• Utilize Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection, 4D/5D simulations), and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro) efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of MEP BIM coordination and management experience (LOD 300–500).
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM Collaborate Pro).
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards, CDE management, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and delivering clash-free coordinated models.
