BIM Manager
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP)
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes
- Review and validate BIM models and deliverables
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support design review and construction supervision activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to BIM teams
- Ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager on building projects
- Strong knowledge of BIM software and tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Consultancy or supervision experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Candidate must be in Qatar
