Position Overview
Seero is seeking a talented BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our Egypt office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating mechanical systems using BIM platforms, ensuring models are accurate, clash-free, and aligned with international standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and maintain design accuracy.
• Extract drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models.
• Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and international protocols (ISO 19650, etc.).
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems within consultancy or construction environments.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems design and coordination.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards for mechanical engineering.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timelines.
