Junior Production Engineer

GENERAL PURPOSE
A leading Company in the Alcoholic Beverage industry is looking to hire a Junior Production Engineer to join their team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to develop their engineering skills while contributing to the production process of high-quality products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support senior engineers in analyzing production data and identifying areas for potential improvement.
• Participate in the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, reporting any issues to the senior staff.
• Help monitor production quality to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of production procedures and protocols.
• Engage in continuous training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in production engineering.
• Document production processes and contribute to reporting metrics related to efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, mechatronics, or related field).
• 0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments (internships or related projects are acceptable).
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
