What You’ll Do

As a Junior Testing Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by:

• Assisting in the creation of test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Executing test cases and meticulously recording test results.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues and enhance software performance.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Supporting continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Maintaining detailed, up-to-date test documentation and logs.
• Staying current with software testing trends and best practices.
  
  
  

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
