Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Execute manual test cases for Web, Mobile & API.
• Review requirements & technical design docs, providing clear feedback.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA.
• Test APIs using Postman & run User Journey Tests (UJTs).
• Collaborate with developers/designers to enhance usability & serviceability.
• Support agile/scrum teams by meeting testing commitments and reporting risks.
• Troubleshoot issues & prepare test case reports.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing Web, Mobile & API apps.
• Practical experience testing APIs (Postman).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in fast-paced settings.
