Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design changes efficiently into the model.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate with different disciplines to resolve issues before construction begins, minimizing on-site conflicts.
Prepare and present various project documentation, including drawings, reports, and presentations, to stakeholders and clients.
Utilize BIM tools for quantity take-offs and cost estimation, aiding in precise budgeting and resource allocation.
Participate in project meetings to provide updates on modeling progress and address any technical concerns.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in modeling and documentation to maintain high quality.
Train and mentor junior BIM team members, sharing knowledge of software tools and modeling techniques.
Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends, implementing new tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and project workflows to optimize collaboration and communication.
