Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) to support architectural, engineering, and construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing advanced BIM software and techniques, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the design and construction process.

Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models using software such as Revit, NavisWorks, SketchUp, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate design data into comprehensive BIM models.
• Create detailed schematics, drafting plans, and construction documentation aligned with project specifications.
• Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD for civil engineering components and detailed drawings.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using NavisWorks to identify potential conflicts early in the project lifecycle.
• Assist in mechanical design modeling and 2D animation to visualize project concepts effectively.
• Support construction planning by generating accurate schematics and technical drawings.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet industry standards and project requirements while maintaining high-quality documentation.

Experience

• Proven experience with BIM software such as Revit, NavisWorks, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Strong background in mechanical design, drafting, schematics creation, and CAD modeling.
• Familiarity with construction processes and building systems integration.
• Experience in creating 2D animations for project presentations or client proposals is a plus.
• Prior work involving civil or structural projects is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing BIM tools to enhance project workflows from conceptual design through construction documentation. This position offers an engaging environment for professionals passionate about innovative design technology and collaborative project execution.
