Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools

Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM data
-
Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
-
Detect and resolve clashes using coordination tools
-
Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and industry codes
-
Update models based on design changes and construction requirements
-
Support project teams during design development, construction, and as-built documentation
-
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure model accuracy
-
Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM files
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a
BIM Modeler
-
Strong proficiency in
Revit
(Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable)

Working knowledge of
Navisworks, AutoCAD
, and clash detection workflows
-
Understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale or multidisciplinary projects

Familiarity with
BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, BEP, etc.)

Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, quantities, or cost estimation
-
Experience in construction or consultancy environments
