BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM data
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
• Detect and resolve clashes using coordination tools
• Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and industry codes
• Update models based on design changes and construction requirements
• Support project teams during design development, construction, and as-built documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure model accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM files

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable)
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD , and clash detection workflows
• Understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale or multidisciplinary projects
• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, BEP, etc.)
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, quantities, or cost estimation
• Experience in construction or consultancy environments
