DRAFTER (AUTOCAD AND REVIT)

Job Summary:
The Structural Drafter is responsible for creating detailed structural plans and cold-formed steel structure details using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit. Beyond 2D drafting, the successful candidate will develop complex 3D Structural Models within Revit. This role requires innovative drafting techniques, a strong technical aptitude for building modeling, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will command various workflows associated with AutoCAD and BIM environments to produce high-quality construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft 2D structural plans and details for cold-formed steel structures.
• Develop accurate 3D Structural Models using Autodesk Revit. • Produce high-quality construction drawings for international projects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Apply innovative drafting skills to solve technical modeling challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma/Certification in Architectural or Structural Drafting.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in creating construction drawings.
• Software: Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Technical: Working knowledge of structural systems and architectural standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work autonomously.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
