Role Description

The Senior Revit Draftsman will be responsible for creating and managing precise, high-quality Revit models and drawings for architectural and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing and drafting detailed plans, collaborating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining project documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit software, architectural drafting, and detailed 3D modeling
• Experience with project documentation, technical drawings, and construction documentation standards
• Model pools/splash pads; produce sheets (plans/sections/details); maintain style; revisions.
• Strong design, architectural detailing, and visualization skills
• Understanding of building codes, construction industry practices, and compliance regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field
• Relevant certifications in Revit or architectural software tools are a plus
• Experience in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively
