BIM Modeler

Job Summary:

BIM Modeler/ Revit Draftsman is responsible for Providing CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support. Coordinate and manage Revit models. Create Revit families and CAD blocks. Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the activities of the BIM manager or corresponding senior positions required as assistance.

• Assist as a team to meet Package in Charge requirements.

• Drafting of Architectural and Structural drawings in Revit Architectural/ Structural template as per the AutoCAD drawings provided by the respective consultants.

• Support as team for BIM implementation within the single project

• Management of information and extracting drawings from the models.

• Create faster, detailed and accurate shop drawing from Revit for façade, landscaping, rockwork modeling.

• Responsible for developing creative designs, plans, assembly details and generate shop drawings for Theming projects i.e. rock work, themed façade, site elements, props etc.

• Responsible to bring the creative intent to life in models, scale drawings, artwork and design packages depicting the creative intent of a project and various show and facility elements of an attraction.

• Under the direction of the Design Manager, Engineers and Architects, formulate plans for the development and construction of themed destinations, attractions, and renovations across all Theme project.

• Develop shop drawings for theming, facility and attraction in AutoCAD and other tools like 3DS Max to support the creative project development.

• Provide 3-D modeling services in Sketch up, Revit that accurately and clearly depict the Architectural design intent.

• Ability to assemble documentation into a presentation format utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Power Point and/or other digital formats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
