BIM Modeler

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Landscape) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape projects and be proficient in BIM modeling and coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in landscape projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
• Ability to prepare and develop detailed BIM models and drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and project coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for landscape projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Assist in clash detection and model coordination activities.
