BIM Modeler (ARC/STR/MEP)

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with proven experience in delivering high-quality BIM models for construction projects across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and coordinated BIM models for Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design representation
• Produce 3D models and 2D construction drawings using BIM and CAD software
• Review, update, and revise models based on project requirements and design changes
• Perform clash detection and assist in clash resolution across disciplines using BIM tools
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Maintain organized BIM files, standards, and project documentation

Experience & Skills

• 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in BIM modeling
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Demonstrated experience in preparing schematics and detailed technical drawings
• Knowledge of Civil 3D for infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Solid understanding of BIM Levels of Development (LOD 400–LOD 500)
• High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Open to Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP Engineers / BIM Modelers
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP, or equivalent discipline
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory
• Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism
