BIM Modeler – Experienced

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with strong experience in commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit, Revit Family creation, and BIM Collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for commercial kitchen and building projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams using BIM processes.
• Create and maintain Revit families and project templates.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler on commercial projects.
• Certifications in Revit, Revit Family, and BIM Collaborate are mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection, and project documentation.
