BIM Modeler - Infrastructure

We are hiring BIM Modelers specializing in Roads, Wet Utilities, and Dry Utilities to develop and manage detailed BIM models for infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Role Summary:
Responsible for creating and managing 3D BIM models for road networks, traffic systems, and utility infrastructure (wet & dry) using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Ensures accurate modelling, clash-free coordination across disciplines, and compliance with UAE authority standards and ISO 19650 throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM models for:
• Roads & Traffic (corridors, intersections, grading)
• Wet Utilities (water supply, sewerage, stormwater)
• Dry Utilities (electrical, telecom, lighting, district cooling)
• Perform clash detection and coordination with all disciplines
• Generate layouts, profiles, cross-sections, and BOQs
• Prepare authority submission drawings
• Maintain and update models, including as-built documentation
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience (UAE infrastructure projects preferred)
• Strong in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk Navisworks
• Experience in roads and/or wet/dry utilities modelling
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM 360 / ACC
• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Infrastructure / Electrical Engineering
• Strong coordination, analytical & problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• BIM Certification
• Experience with authority submissions (Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah)
• Additional tools like Revit, Dialux, SWMM, SewerGEMS
