BIM Modeler – MEP

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will support design and engineering teams, perform clash detection, and prepare detailed shop drawings to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and manage BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately reflected.
• Maintain model accuracy throughout the design, construction, and as-built stages.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM/Revit experience in MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
