BIM Modeler / Structural Steel & MEP Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Navisworks Produce fully coordinated drawings, including sections, annotations, and schedules Create and modify complex Revit families with project-specific parameters (LOD-focused) Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for conflict resolution Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built documentation Ensure compliance with international and local standards in all deliverables Collaborate via BIM 360 and manage model exports (CAD, DWF, PDF) Extract accurate quantities and schedules for procurement and estimation Work independently while maintaining strong coordination with engineers and BIM leads Requirements: Proven experience in structural steel detailing and MEP systems Strong technical understanding of steel connections and detailing standards Proficiency in BIM workflows and coordination processes Ability to manage complex modeling tasks with high accuracy
