BIM Modeler

Job Title: BIM Modeler (Architectural – FM & Fit-Out Experience)

Location: Qatar

We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with an Architectural background, having strong experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in Architecture and have hands-on expertise in BIM modeling for building services and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural, FM, and fit-out projects
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for model accuracy
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Ensure BIM standards, project specifications, and client requirements are met
• Support clash detection and coordination with MEP and structural teams
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in design coordination for facility management and renovation works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in FM and Fit-Out projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods
• Experience in GCC projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
