BIM Modeller Facilitator

We are hiring a dedicated BIM Modeler Facilitator to join our team in Kottayam. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital construction. Success in this role means delivering precise BIM models, coordinating effectively with project stakeholders, and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for seamless integration.
• Support project documentation, clash detection, and model quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and organizational guidelines.
• Share knowledge and support team members; freshers will be trained, while experienced candidates may take on mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (mandatory).
• Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks). Project/academic exposure is acceptable for freshers.
• Strong understanding of design and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Candidates from Kottayam or willing to relocate are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
