Biomedical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of biomedical devices and systems that improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop biomedical equipment and devices, such as prosthetics, diagnostic machines, and surgical instruments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, researchers, and product managers
• Conduct research to solve clinical problems using engineering principles
• Perform testing, validation, and documentation of medical devices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, etc.)
• Provide technical support and training for medical staff and end-users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of human physiology, medical device design, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), MATLAB, or LabVIEW
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FDA submissions or CE marking
• Knowledge of biocompatible materials and tissue engineering
• Familiarity with embedded systems or signal processing
