Biomedical Equipment Technician (Laser Hair Removal Machine)

Responsibilities:

Technical:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain laser hair removal machines
• Replace consumables and parts: handpieces, filters, lamps, cooling components, etc.
• Perform machine calibrations and safety checks
• Track and manage machine usage data
• Train clients or staff on proper maintenance and operation
• Maintain records of service calls and repairs

Sales:

• Sell consumables (handpieces, cartridges, gels, filters, etc.)
• Promote sales of new or refurbished aesthetic laser machines
• Provide clients with after-sales support and product education
• Identify upselling opportunities during service visits

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with laser hair removal machines (technical repair or operation)
• Knowledge of machine consumables and lifecycle replacement schedules
• Sales experience in medical aesthetics, beauty tech, or medical devices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Technical certification or training from major brands is a plus

Preferred Background:

• 2+ years as a laser technician, biomedical technician, or aesthetic equipment specialist
• Experience in sales of aesthetic devices or cosmetic clinic supplies
• Understanding of laser safety standards
