Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Experience in acoustic panel sales
  • Background in construction or building materials industry
  • Bachelor's degree (field related to engineering or construction preferred)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and serve as the main point of contact
  • Technical Sales
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and quotations for specialty products
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate solutions based on their project requirements
  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
  • Research and analyse market trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Project Management
  • Coordinate with installation teams for project execution
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and challenges
  • Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during installation when necessary
  • Product Knowledge
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all company products, particularly acoustic panels
  • Stay updated on new product developments and industry innovations
  • Attend manufacturer training sessions as required
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in company CRM
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Document client specifications and requirements
  • Process sales orders and follow up on delivery timelines

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong technical knowledge of building materials, particularly acoustic solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant design/technical software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
