Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling and promoting of the Danish Widex hearing aids (HAs) & accessories to providing technical support during the sales process for hearing-deficit customers, delivering effective product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Widex products and services. The position will be located in Greater Cairo with flexibility for some outdoor field work.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must
Excellent communication and sales skills
Presentable and well mannered
Basic computer skills is a must
Technical Support skills and knowledge of hearing aid technology is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge in both spoken and written Arabic and English
