Your Role

As a Biostatistician I at Capgemini, you will support clinical research studies through rigorous statistical analysis and data interpretation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality statistical deliverables and contribute to the development of protocols, analysis plans, and reporting specifications.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct statistical analyses as per study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
• Generate and verify randomization codes for clinical trials.
• Prepare statistical sections of protocols, including sample size calculations.
• Design and annotate shell data displays and TFLs.
• Specify structure, content, and algorithms for status and analysis datasets.
• Perform and supervise quality control of inferential statistical outputs.
• Analyze and interpret clinical study results using sound statistical methodology.
• Review tabulation datasets, derived datasets, and TFLs for accuracy.
• Contribute to the development of statistical analysis plans and reporting specifications.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Statistics.
• 8 + years of experience in clinical research statistics.
• Proficient in SAS and similar clinical data analysis software.
• Advanced skills in statistical and biostatistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Practical knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
