Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up BLM wire bending and tube bending machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and bending programs.
- Perform machine programming adjustments as per production requirements.
- Ensure accurate bending dimensions, angles, and radii as per drawing specifications.
- Monitor production quality and carry out first-piece inspection.
- Change tools, dies, and rollers as required.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report breakdowns.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
- Maintain safety standards and housekeeping in the work area.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in metal furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CNC wire and tube bending operations.
- Experience in handling MS, SS, and other furniture-grade materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand bending sequences.
- Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, angle gauge).
- Good understanding of production planning and quality standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BLM CNC programming.
- Knowledge of radius control and spring-back adjustment.
- Experience in high-volume production environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
