BLM / YLM wire bending & Tube bending machines

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up BLM wire bending and tube bending machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and bending programs.
• Perform machine programming adjustments as per production requirements.
• Ensure accurate bending dimensions, angles, and radii as per drawing specifications.
• Monitor production quality and carry out first-piece inspection.
• Change tools, dies, and rollers as required.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report breakdowns.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping in the work area.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in metal furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of CNC wire and tube bending operations.
• Experience in handling MS, SS, and other furniture-grade materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand bending sequences.
• Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, angle gauge).
• Good understanding of production planning and quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BLM CNC programming.
• Knowledge of radius control and spring-back adjustment.
• Experience in high-volume production environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
