Job Summary:

Big Binary Tech is seeking a Blockchain Trainer to deliver a Basic-to-Advanced training program in blockchain technology. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, Web3, and decentralized applications (dApps), and the ability to conduct engaging, practice-oriented sessions for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core blockchain concepts including distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and token standards.

Deliver training on smart contracts, Ethereum, Solidity, and Web3 development.

Guide students through hands-on labs, real-world use cases, and project-based learning.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

Mentor students in building job-ready blockchain and Web3 skills.

Promote best practices in security, ethics, and responsible use of blockchain technology.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized systems.

Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js / Ethers.js, or similar tools.

Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain security concepts is a plus.

Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
