Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Blue Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of blue-collar talent, hands-on experience with bulk hiring, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles such as drivers, delivery executives, warehouse staff, technicians, operators, etc.
• Source candidates through various channels — job portals, field sourcing, vendor management, social media, referrals, and local community outreach.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Drive mass hiring campaigns and job fairs in partnership with local employment offices and training institutes.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as daily closures, joining ratio, and attrition trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing network and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia).
• Flexibility to travel locally for recruitment drives when needed.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce, facility management, or retail.
• Knowledge of local labor markets and regional hiring practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
