BMS (Building Management System) Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated BMS (Building Management System) Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about smart building technologies, automation systems, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation concepts.
• Teach HVAC control systems, lighting control, fire alarm integration, and energy management.
• Explain BMS architecture, sensors, controllers, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Conduct hands-on sessions and real-world project demonstrations.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants in understanding system design, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest smart building technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of BMS, automation systems, or HVAC controls.
• Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and technical training.
