BMS ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BMS System Engineer with 4–5 years in installation, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems. The engineer will manage the operation, integration, and troubleshooting of building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with project specifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and commission BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building automation).

2. Conduct testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of BMS hardware and software.

3. Monitor and optimize system performance, alarms, and control sequences.

4. Prepare as-built documentation, system manuals, and handover reports.

5. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and ELV teams to ensure system integration.

6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and project requirements.

7. Provide guidance and support to technicians during installation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 4–5 years’ hands-on experience with BMS systems installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of testing tools, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Proficiency with BMS software platforms (Johnson Controls).

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
