BMS Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Analyze HVAC, Electrical, and ELV integration requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations (controllers, sensors, actuators, panels, etc.).
• Prepare technical proposals and compliance statements.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Support sales and project teams during negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS estimation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS architecture.
• Familiarity with international standards and local regulations.
• Experience with major BMS brands (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
