BMS Operator – Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor & operate BMS systems
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot alarms and faults
• Analyze system data for performance improvement
• Coordinate with maintenance teams
• Maintain documentation and reports
• Ensure safety & regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support

Qualifications:

• High school/diploma (technical certification preferred)
• 2+ years BMS experience
• Strong HVAC/electrical/mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good troubleshooting & communication skills
