Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) Operator to join our Facilities Management team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of BMU equipment for high-rise building façade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and inspect BMU equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform façade cleaning and assist with external maintenance activities.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report any equipment defects.
• Follow safety procedures, work-at-height regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain daily operation and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of BMU operating experience.
• Experience in Facilities Management or high-rise building maintenance.
• Knowledge of BMU systems and working at heights.
• Valid BMU Operator certification/training is preferred.
• Good understanding of safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Must be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
