Puckett's Restaurant at Nashville International Airport is hiring Servers to join our team.

Position Information

• Position: Server.
• Location: Nashville International Airport.
• Schedule: Varies; weekends required (flexibility preferred).
• Pay rate: $2.50 per hour + tips.

Job Summary

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and responsive service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The primary objective of this role is to create a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with managers, kitchen staff, coworkers, and guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to safely lift and carry trays weighing up to 20–30 pounds.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to conduct oneself in a positive and professional manner in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Open availability required, including early morning shifts (as early as 4:30 a.m.) and evening closing shifts (up to 10:00 p.m.).
