Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Duties

  • Develop and implement personalized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing patient assessments to determine needs and track progress.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor treatment effectiveness and inform necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and support consistent implementation across settings.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and diagnostic findings.
  • Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant state and federal regulations governing behavioral health practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Prior experience conducting patient assessments, data collection, and analyzing behavioral data for progress monitoring.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient care documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and privacy of medical information.
  • Experience working directly with individuals on the autism spectrum or those requiring special education services is highly preferred.

Pay: $40.00 - $58.00 per hour
