Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Channel ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team serving children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs

  • Administer assessments such as:

    • VB-MAPP

    • ABLLS-R

    • AFLS

    • PEAK

  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Review and analyze ABA therapy data to guide treatment decisions

  • Provide parent and caregiver training

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Ensure services meet BACB ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Active Maryland BCBA license

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism

  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing treatment plans

  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians
