We believe in holistic, family-centered care that fosters measurable progress and stronger family bonds. Our approach integrates trauma-informed care, Skills-Based Treatment, and naturalistic ABA principles to create meaningful, lasting change for the families we serve.

Position Overview: We're seeking a mission-driven BCBA who is passionate about early intervention and family empowerment. You'll work directly with children ages 1-8 with autism spectrum disorder, delivering therapy in natural environments where skills can truly generalize. This role offers the flexibility and support to do your best clinical work while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices and each child's unique strengths, challenges, and interests
  • Deliver ABA therapy in-home, in the community, and via telehealth as appropriate, ensuring skills generalize to real-world settings
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers, providing effective parent and family training to empower sustainable outcomes
  • Supervise and train RBTs and paraprofessionals in the delivery of individualized therapy
  • Integrate trauma-informed care, Skills-Based Treatment, and naturalistic ABA principles (including Verbal Behavior, NET, and DTT)
  • Collect and analyze data, document progress, and adjust treatment plans for optimal child and family outcomes
  • Foster an engaging, play-based, and relationship-driven therapeutic environment that respects each child's developmental level while encouraging growth
  • Advocate for early intervention, inclusivity, and research-backed ABA methodology
  • Participate in continuous professional development, clinical collaboration, and community outreach

Caseload Expectations:

  • Manage 6-8 active clients
  • 15-20 billable client hours per week
  • Additional time for documentation, supervision, treatment planning, and family training (30-40 total hours)

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted BCBA certification in good standing
  • At least 3 to 7 years of ABA experience (preferred with children ages 1-8 with autism spectrum disorder)
  • Strong expertise in developing, overseeing, and modifying comprehensive programming for autism spectrum disorder
  • Experience in parent and caregiver training, staff oversight, and community integration of ABA skills
  • Excellent communication, data collection, and analytical skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, humble, and solution-oriented problem-solving
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to provide therapy in homes and community settings across the Cumming area

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $80,000–$115,000+ annually (based on experience and caseload)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Professional development support:
  • CEU stipend for continuing education
  • Paid mentorship and clinical collaboration time
  • Conference attendance opportunities
  • Mileage and travel reimbursement for community-based services
  • Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance
  • Operational support for scheduling, billing, and insurance matters
  • Growth opportunities into Clinical Director or training leadership roles

What Makes Us Different: We're a small, mission-focused practice where you're not just a number. You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions, the support to excel professionally, and the community to grow your career. We prioritize quality over quantity and believe that when our clinicians thrive, our families thrive.

How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter sharing:

  • Why you're passionate about working with young children with autism
  • Your experience with naturalistic ABA and family-centered care
  • What you're looking for in your next opportunity
