- Oversee the meticulous cleaning and upkeep of all interior spaces, including cabins, galleys, and social areas, ensuring a pristine environment for guests.
- Manage and execute all aspects of guest services, from greeting and welcoming to providing personalized assistance and anticipating their needs.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences, while maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.
- Maintain inventory of provisions, including food, beverages, and guest amenities, and manage stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Handle laundry and ironing services for guests and crew, ensuring prompt and efficient turnaround times.
- Coordinate and organize guest activities, excursions, and entertainment, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency assistance, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with the setting up and maintenance of the vessel's interior systems, such as air conditioning and entertainment systems.
- Collaborate with the deck crew and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
