Ruwad Programme Duration: 12 (Training across all communications functions before final placement)

Your Mission: Represent DP World on the Global Stage

We are looking for a fresh graduate who is passionate about communication, people, and creating memorable experiences that showcase the UAE’s leadership in global trade and innovation.

You’ll begin by learning the full scope of how our Communications Department operates — from branding and digital storytelling to corporate communications and creative content — before specializing in the Partnerships, Events & Delegations section, where you’ll play a vital role in organizing high-profile engagements and representing DP World to local and international stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Support the planning and execution of high-level corporate events , exhibitions, and visits.
• Assist in coordinating VIP and government delegations , ensuring protocol and hospitality excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align event logistics and branding standards.
• Maintain a calendar of events , assist in developing briefing documents, and prepare post-event reports.
• Contribute to the relationship management of partners , sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Learn to manage budgets, vendor coordination, and performance tracking of events and activations.

Who We’re Looking For

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major .

💼 Experience:

• A minimum of 6 moths up to 24 months of practical experience handling events or/and partnerships (internships included).

💡 Skills & Attributes:

• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities (in English and Arabic).
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with senior officials and partners.
• Passion for events, branding, and representing the UAE on global platforms.
