Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

EMA Risk Services is a third-party administrator handling transportation claims. We are looking to hire in our Phoenix, AZ office - as well as our San Antonio, TX office.

We’re looking for a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster who is confident investigating, evaluating, and negotiating BI claims—while communicating professionally with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and medical providers to drive appropriate resolutions.

What You’ll Do

· Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate bodily injury claims from start to resolution

· Communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and medical professionals

· Apply insurance principles and regulatory knowledge to support proper claim handling

· Maintain clear documentation and organized claim files

Qualifications

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities

· Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations

· Bodily injury claims experience preferred

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
