Body Contouring Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Body Contouring Specialist to join our dynamic team at Recorian Wellness Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional body contouring services, including non-invasive treatments like CoolSculpting, EMSCULPT, and other body sculpting procedures. As a Body Contouring Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients by offering safe, effective, and personalized treatments. The position requires both technical expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Body Contouring Treatments:
• Administer non-invasive body sculpting treatments, including CoolSculpting, EMSCULPT, and similar technologies, to clients with a focus on safety, efficacy, and client satisfaction.
• Assess clients' body types, goals, and treatment areas to recommend appropriate body contouring solutions.
• Monitor clients during procedures, ensuring their comfort and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and ensure accurate documentation of each session.
• Consult with Clients:
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, assess their suitability for body contouring treatments, and educate them about expected results, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs and desired outcomes.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Maintain High Standards of Safety and Hygiene:
• Adhere to all medical spa protocols, safety regulations, and hygiene practices during procedures.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and treatment technologies to provide the best service to clients.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitized, calibrated, and maintained.
• Achieve Sales and Performance Goals:
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets for body contouring services through treatment volume and package sales.
• Upsell additional services or retail products that complement body contouring treatments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and promote new services or promotions.
• Provide Excellent Client Care:
• Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring high levels of client retention.
• Address client concerns or questions regarding treatments and follow-up care promptly and professionally.
• Team Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with other medical spa staff, including estheticians, nurses, and administrative teams, to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Body Contouring Specialist, Medical Aesthetician, or similar role in a medical spa or clinic environment.
• Hands-on experience with non-invasive body sculpting technologies such as CoolSculpting, EMSCULPT, or similar devices.
• Strong understanding of body sculpting procedures, skin anatomy, and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions while ensuring the comfort and safety of clients.
• Education and Certifications:
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state or local regulations (e.g., Certified Aesthetician, Licensed Nurse, or equivalent certification).
• Completion of body contouring device manufacturer’s training programs (e.g., CoolSculpting University, EMSCULPT certification) is a plus.
