Body Technical Support Engineer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation for MCV products This role involves analyzing complex technical data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing accurate service literature such as parts catalogs, service manuals, repair guides, and driver handbooks The engineer plays a critical role in supporting after-sales operations and ensuring service teams have the information needed to maintain and repair vehicles effectively

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret technical data for various vehicle models using tools such as SAP and product specification sheets
• Creation of high-quality visualized parts information exploded views, and instructional graphics to support documentation content that meets customer expectation
• Ensure all documentation adheres to corporate and industry standards for clarity, accuracy, and usability
• Collaborate with design, engineering and production teams to gather necessary technical inputs
• Planning of the order/tender within the area of responsibility and providing estimation of resources needed upon request from line manager
• Review and update documents regularly to reflect design changes, service bulletins, and product updates
• Provide Parts technical support to internal departments and external service centers, and customers as needed
• Plan and execute deliveries
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation, including Spare Parts catalogues, service manuals, repair procedures, and driver handbook manuals

Job Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Automotive major required) or Industrial Design (Applied Arts), with automotive experience
