Boiler Engineer (B-Class)

Position Overview

Boiler Engineer will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of boilers and associated equipment in accordance with applicable safety standards and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and monitor boilers and related systems
• Ensure compliance with boiler operation regulations and safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Maintain detailed logs, records, and reports of operations and maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and conduct root cause analysis
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth utilities support

Requirements:

• Valid B-Class Boiler Engineer Certificate (Government recognized)
• Minimum 10 years of experience operating boilers
• Strong understanding of boiler operations, thermodynamics, and safety protocols
• Knowledge of automation and control systems related to boiler operations
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns
• Good communication and reporting skills
